Mary has been creating original made to measure gowns and special occasion wear for over 50 years. With bridal training and a qualification in pattern design, a keen interest in colour and figure analysis, she can make a beautifully fitting wedding or ball gown for you, your bridesmaids gowns or mothers’ ensemble.
As an experienced dressmaker she can advise you on the best choice of fabric and trims, and where to find them to fulfil your vision. This Waikato bridal specialist can transform your dream into reality.
Mary also makes dresses, skirts, tops, trousers, jackets, suits, coats, merino tops and baby wear and fancy dress costumes. She can make any garment to fit any figure in the style of your choice, just make an appointment to discuss your ideas or bring pictures or sketches to begin your creation.
I am situated in Te Aroha which is between Thames and Matamata, east of Morrinsville.

I am available during usual business hours as well as evenings and weekends by appointment.
I am based in Te Aroha and can meet clients in Hamilton by arrangement. Other distant clients are encouraged to arrange 2-3 fittings in one day to save trips. I am close to cafes, shops, spa pools, the Domain and bush walks to visit between fittings. Click on pictures below for more information.
